The park is named for former city councilman, Robert E. “Bob” Price who was instrumental in getting the park dedicated in his name. The park spans 10 acres and features a lighted basketball court, picnic tables, a playground, exercise stations, a splash pad, pickleball courts, and a walking trail. There is also a gazebo that can be rented out for special events. 

The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Although the basketball court is popular with the locals, the real draw to Bob Price Park are the walking trails. There are two main trails that wind through the park; one is half a mile long and the other is just over 3/4 of a mile. Both trails are paved and have benches along the way for resting. The views from the trails are amazing as they offer panoramic views of both downtown Las Vegas and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Cougar Creek Park
